TrendHR is partnering with a well-established Texas law firm to hire a detail-oriented Paralegal supporting attorneys across civil litigation, criminal defense, and personal injury matters.

What You’ll Work On

• Civil litigation (breach of contract, fraud, construction disputes, fiduciary matters)
• Criminal defense (DWI/DUI, drug offenses, assault, white-collar cases)
• Personal injury (auto/trucking accidents, wrongful death, negligence claims)

What You’ll Do

• Draft and proof legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence)
• Manage case deadlines, calendars, and workflows
• Conduct legal and factual research using databases and public records
• Support discovery (requests, responses, document review, depositions)
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and evidence logs
• Maintain organized, confidential case files

What You Bring

• 2–5+ years of paralegal experience (litigation, criminal defense, or PI)
• Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
